Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping 

  1. Please allow 3-5 business days for all products to be processed & shipped to you. 
  2. Products ship out during a Monday-Friday period only. This means if you order on a Saturday or Sunday the processing procedure will not start until Monday. 
  3. When checking out make sure you check your shipping address due to billing addresses sometimes being different. 
  4. When you are ordering from Quality Bundles please understand that all packages must be signed for at delivery. If no one is there to sign, the package will be taken back to the post office for you to pick up. 
  5. We do not ship to PO Boxes. 
  6. Quality Bundles is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items! NO EXCEPTIONS! 
  7. Once your order is complete, you cannot change or alter your order. Please be sure of your purchases upon checkout. 
  8. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is complete at the time of purchase & checkout. 
  9. Tracking information will be provided via email 3-5 business days once your order is processed & shipped. 
  10. If you haven’t received tracking information after 5 business days please email qualitybundlesbychas@gmail.com 

Quality Bundles Return Policy: NO REFUNDS; EXCHANGES ONLY! 

Quality Bundles has a firm policy on making sure our customers receive luxurious virgin hair! We are happy to offer an exchange policy within SEVEN day’s of you receiving/signing for your order. All items MUST be returned for exchange in its original packaging unopened, unworn or tampered with! The seal on the hair cannot be broken or unwrapped! Virgin hair is considered hygienic therefore absolutely no exchanges will occur if any of these criteria’s aren’t met! Quality Bundles has the right to refuse any exchanges if stipulations are broken! 

In the event an exchange needs to occur you must first email qualitybundlesbychas@gmail.com with your full name, complete contact information including number & address, your order number & reason for exchange. Once your email is received you will receive a follow up email on the steps to take to exchange your products. If you have to ship products for exchange, shipping fees are your responsibility.
